PT. Insera Sena atau dikenal Polygon Bikes merupakan perusahaan industri sepeda global yang mengembangkan, memproduksi, dan memasarkan sepeda di seluruh dunia.
Perusahaan ini didirikan sejak tahun 1989 sebagai perusahaan kecil yang berorientasi untuk produksi sepedah khusus eksport yang pada 10 tahun pertamanya perusahan masih dalam proses pembelajaran dan fokus polygon untuk persiapan pengembangan brand secara mandiri.
Kemudian pada tahun 2000 Polygon mulai melakukan ekspansi perluasan pabrik dan investasi ke alat berteknologi tinggi standar internasional. Serta Polygon memiliki pabrik, perakitan, dan jaringan pendistribusian mandiri yang telah memenuhi standar dunia sehingga dapat terus mengontrol setiap aspek mulai dari ide awal hingga ke pengiriman akhir sepeda dengan kualitas tinggi.

QUALITY CONTROL STAFF
- Bachelor’s Degree Metallurgical Engineering is preferred.
- Experience in quality control or quality assurance is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Analytical and logical thought process
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to translate skills and knowledge to others
- Quality control manufacturing certification
- Passionate in bicycle/other sports is a plus

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
- Experience and capability in Laravel/ PHP
- Having knowledge of core CSS, Javasript, Laravel/ PHP, and HTML
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Ability to manage multiple projects developed
- Ability to work as individual as well as in team
- Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply

SENIOR HR ACADEMY
- Bachelor degree in all major from reputable university
- Minimum 1- 3 years’ experience in learning and development
- Minimum 1 year experience in coordinator or leader in learning development
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a leader in learning and development
- Have a good experience as facilitator or training assessor
- Have an experience conduct analyses and develop solutions that will deliver the desired result through learning program
- Strategic and creative thinker
- Attention to detail and result oriented
- Energetic and able to deliver training material effectively
- Willing to travel and to be place in Sidoarjo / Jakarta area

PPIC
- Minimum bachelor degree graduated in industrial engineering major from reputable university
- Have minimal 2 years experience in PPIC

- Bachelor’s degree in finance management, accounting, mathematic, or statistic is preferable

- Highly organized and detail-oriented

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in metallurgical/mechatronics/electrical engineering

- Familiar with Python and have interests in data analytical

- Having knowledge about the bicycle industry is a plus
