Equipment Assurance Staff

• Min. graduate from SMA/SMK in Mechanical Engineering or related major.
• Fresh Graduate/Experience in the manufacturing process.
• Being able to understand and speak Japanese.
• Must have Japanese Language Proficiency Certification (preferably JLPT N3 or equivalent).
• Proven maintenance experience.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
• Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogues as necessary.
• Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
• Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
• Strong time management skills.
• Willing to be placed in Pier-Pasuruan.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
2. Performing preventative maintenance.
3. Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
4. Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they meet health and safety standards.
5. Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.).
6. Assist in setting up ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.
7. Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
8. Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed.
9. Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.
10. Install appliances and equipment.

Casting and Machining Engineering Staff

• Min. bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Metallurgy Engineering.
• Fresh Graduate/Experience in the manufacturing process.
• Being able to understand and speak Japanese will be an advantage, 
• Preferably having a JLPT N3 certification or equivalent.
• Computer literate, with advanced Engineering Software skills such as CAD or 3D Modelling.
• Excellent grasp of theories, principles, and practices related to cost engineering, scheduling, and delay analysis.
• Must understand production means, methods, and sequences.
• Ability to understand and accurately interpret construction documents (drawings, specifications, contracts/general conditions) at all levels of design.
• Proficient in using MS Office suite, including Excel.
• Strong organization skills, follow-up, and initiative skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Actively engaging with management, maintenance, and operations to bring maximum value to the business through effective leadership of the capital project planning process.
2. Developing and maintaining a portfolio master schedule.
3. Actively working with appropriate plant personnel regarding plant outages and managing capital project impacts.
4. Review project documents and specifications to accurately develop baseline schedules that include all required dates, activities, and milestones.
5. Review project costs and schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy.
6. Identify and evaluate risks and impacts within project schedules.
7. Participate in meetings with project teams, clients, owners, and various stakeholders related to the project controls and schedule of a particular project.
8. Participating in project team meetings to provide cost and schedule details.
